個人情報保護方針Privacy policy
QSTAGLOBAL株式会社（以下「当社」）は、一般労働者派遣事業および有料職業紹介事業、とりわけ海外人材の国内紹介事業を行う企業として、お客様および従業者の個人情報を適切に保護することが重要な責務であると認識し、以下の方針に基づき個人情報の保護に努めます。
●個人情報の取得・利用・提供 当社は、事業運営に必要な範囲で個人情報を適正に取得し、本人の同意を得た利用目的の範囲内で利用・提供します。また、目的外利用を防止するための管理措置を講じます。
●法令・規範の遵守 当社は、個人情報の取扱いに関する日本国の法令、国が定める指針およびその他の規範を遵守します。
●海外人材に関する個人情報の取扱い 当社は、海外人材の紹介事業において、必要に応じて海外の関係機関・事業者と連携する場合があります。その際は、当該国の個人情報保護に関する法令・規範を確認し、適切な措置を講じたうえで個人情報を取り扱います。
●安全管理措置 当社は、個人情報保護マネジメントシステムを構築・運用し、個人情報の漏えい、滅失またはき損の防止および是正に努め、適切な安全管理措置を講じます。
●苦情・相談への対応 当社は、本人からの個人情報に関する苦情・相談、開示、訂正・削除、利用停止等の求めに対し、適切かつ迅速に対応します。
●継続的改善 当社は、個人情報保護方針を全従業者に周知徹底するとともに、個人情報保護マネジメントシステムを継続的に見直し、その改善に努めます。

(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) recognizes that the proper protection of personal information belonging to our clients and employees is an important responsibility in conducting our business, including general worker dispatching services, fee charging employment placement services, and in particular, domestic placement services for overseas human resources. The Company is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the following policy.
1. Acquisition, Use, and Provision of Personal Information
The Company will acquire personal information in an appropriate manner within the scope necessary for business operations, and will use and provide such information only within the scope of the purposes for which consent has been obtained from the individual. The Company will also implement management measures to prevent the use of personal information for purposes other than those intended.
2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The Company will comply with the laws, governmental guidelines, and other norms of Japan related to the handling of personal information.
3. Handling of Personal Information Related to Overseas Human Resources
In the course of providing placement services for overseas human resources, the Company may collaborate with relevant organizations or business entities located outside Japan. In such cases, the Company will confirm the applicable personal information protection laws and regulations of the relevant country and will take appropriate measures to ensure proper handling of personal information.
4. Security Management Measures
The Company will establish and operate a personal information protection management system, implement appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, and take corrective actions as necessary.
5. Response to Inquiries and Complaints
The Company will respond appropriately and promptly to inquiries, complaints, requests for disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, or suspension of provision to third parties regarding personal information held by the Company.
6. Continuous Improvement
The Company will ensure that this Privacy Policy is thoroughly communicated to all employees and will continuously review and improve its personal information protection management system.
